The calculators run in your browser. We do not ask who you are.
This page explains what happens to information when you use WealthBot.uk. The short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser, we do not ask you for personal information, and we do not sell anything about you.
What we do not collect
There is no sign-up, no account and no contact form on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address or any financial details.
Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. Salary figures, savings balances, mortgage amounts and pension pots are processed locally by JavaScript on your own device. They are never transmitted to us, never stored on a server, and disappear when you close the page.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, clearly labelled AD · PARTNER. These are provided through the Awin affiliate network.
If you click one, Awin and the advertiser may set cookies on your device in order to attribute any resulting sign-up or purchase to this site, so that we can be paid a commission. This tracking is operated by Awin and the advertiser, not by us — we receive only aggregate reporting such as click and commission totals, and we never receive your name, contact details or account information.
Simply reading this site sets no such cookie. It happens only if you choose to click a partner link. Awin's own privacy notice is published at awin.com, and the advertiser's privacy policy applies once you arrive on their site.
Hosting and technical data
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like all web hosts, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data — including your IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to deliver pages, provide security and prevent abuse. This is a normal part of how the internet works and is not used by us to identify individuals.
Fonts
We load typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which involves your IP address being processed by Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Advertising
We may in future display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Where we do, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and their own privacy policies would apply. This notice will be updated before any such advertising is introduced.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over personal data held about you, including rights of access, correction and erasure. Because we do not collect or hold personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond.
To control cookies set by third parties, you can use your browser's cookie settings to block or delete them. Blocking affiliate cookies does not affect your ability to use anything on this site.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change — for example if we add analytics or advertising — this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
